Come join us for a women in STEM retreat. An opportunity to relax and rest with a group of amazing women in STEM. This retreat is really about taking care of yourself, but with the opportunity to network and connect with women from various STEM fields in various stages of their careers. This is open to everyone from women just starting out to executives to retirees. Come meet and mingle – or just relax.

The beautiful Magdalenda Grand Resort has golf, tennis, resort tours, cooking classes, a spa, amazing beaches. You can do as much or as little as you want.

If you’d like to extend your stay to either work remotely or have more beach/relaxation time, room rates are valid for +/- 7 days around the retreat weekend.

Your reservation will not be completed until you have booked your hotel. If you are interested in sharing rooms with a roommate, let us know on the registration page and we’ll put you in contact with other retreat participants looking for roommates.

More details to follow once you’re registered. Make sure you book your flights too! You’ll need to book them to Trinidad (POS). We’ll send info on how to book flights between Trinidad & Tobago when you complete your registration as well. Flights between Trinidad and Tobago run every hour and cost about $60 USD round trip.

There is no cost for the retreat itself. Airfare, hotel, transport from Trinidad to Tobago resort, meals, and resort activities are your cost.

Meet your retreat hostesses:

Sanya Mathura is the Managing Director of Strategic Reliability Solutions Ltd, a company she founded in 2017. She is an author, editor and an amazing supporter and champion of women in STEM.

Liana Ault is an innovative technology evangelist and thought leader who challenges the status quo by asking “What if?” She has a demonstrated history of innovative projects leading to transformation in multiple industries including telecom, power and public sector.

Kathy Nelson is a Senior Principal at West Monroe Partners, an electrical engineer, and a podcast host providing a platform for women in STEM to share their stories. She has a passion for providing community for and normalizing women in STEM.
